Rules and Regulations

  1. Premises is intended to be a studio for the use of Licensee and Licensee’s guests only, unless authorized by the Licensor.
  2. Sidewalks, doorways, halls, stairways, and similar areas shall not be obstructed nor shall refuse, furniture, boxes or other items be placed therein by any member or its officers, agents, servants, and employees, or be used for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises in the Building, or for going from one part of the Building to another part of the Building. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Building are prohibited.
  3. Plumbing, fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which constructed, and no unsuitable material shall be placed therein.
  4. No signs, directories, posters, advertisements, or notices shall be painted or affixed on or to any of the windows or doors, or in corridors or other parts of the Building.
  5. No Licensee shall do, or permit anything to be done, in or about the Building, or bring or keep anything therein, that will in any way increase the rate of fire or other insurance on the Building, or on property kept therein or otherwise increase the possibility of fire or other This includes smoking and vaping, which will be relegated to the areas designated outside of the Building.
  6. Each Licensee shall cooperate with the Licensor’s staff in keeping such Premises neat and Licensee shall refrain from using items or materials that may require additional cleaning, such as glitter or confetti. Use of these items or materials may incur additional charges.
  7. Each Licensee shall not cause or permit any improper noises in the Building, allow any unpleasant odors to emanate from the Premises, or otherwise interfere, injure or annoy in any way other persons or tenants in the Building.
  8. No animals shall be brought into or kept in or about the Building unless approved by the Licensor in its sole discretion, or unless required due to a medical need.
  9. No machinery of any kind, other than ordinary office equipment, such as computers, communications equipment and equipment belonging to Licensee’s Vendors, shall be operated in any premises in the Building without the prior written consent of the Licensor, nor shall any member use or keep in the Building any flammable or explosive fluid or substance (including Christmas trees and ornaments), or any illuminating materials. No space heaters or fans shall be operated in the Building.
  10. The Licensor has the right to evacuate the Premises in the event of an emergency or catastrophe.
  11. Each Member shall comply with reasonable parking rules and regulations as may be posted and distributed by the Licensor from time to time.
  12. Licensor shall have the right to designate certain of the Common Areas as recreation areas or break areas furnished with such reasonable amenities as Licensor may provide from time to time; provided, however, Licensor shall have no obligation to provide any specific amenity. Further, Licensor shall have the right to restrict Licensees from having access to certain of the Common Areas as Licensor may designate from time to t
