It was vital ALC’s messaging to be inclusive and not full of industry jargon to connect with their audience. After a series of focused conversations, we refined their story to get clear on the value they provide to their clients and how to effectively communicate that message to their target audience.
We produced a Message Manual that will guide Abundance’s brand voice through an ever-changing social landscape to present themselves as inclusive and factual to avoid alienating any group of people with overly technical language.
